The Market

Is there actually a career in photography and filmmaking today?

Yes, and the market is growing faster than the talent to fill it. The shortage now is trained people. That is exactly what this year builds.

Independent India market ranges for 2026, not a Creative Hut guarantee. Creative pay varies widely because so much of the field is freelance and skill-led. A strong portfolio and reel move you up this table faster than years alone.

The AI Shift

Won't AI replace these jobs?

AI is changing the tools, not removing the need. It removes people who only operated a tool and rewards people who can author with it.
Anyone can type a prompt. Almost no one can shape light, story, rhythm and truth, then use AI to execute that vision at scale. That judgement is the job now, and it is the one thing AI cannot hand you. The industry is shifting toward AI-assisted workflows and there aren't enough people who can direct them well.
Here you learn to direct AI, not just run it. Our students didn't watch this shift happen. They made a full AI feature film, Rising Embers, inside it.

The proof isn't our promise. It's our people.

Placement here runs on people. Our network of more than 500 working alumni is the channel most jobs come through, and it opens for you the day you join.

Questions

Placement questions, answered.

Does Creative Hut guarantee a job?
We provide 100% placement support, not a job guarantee. That means a portfolio, live vacancies, employer introductions, alumni referrals and personal guidance, and we keep supporting you after graduation until you're placed.
How does placement actually work here?
Through the year you build a professional portfolio, get access to a live vacancy board, and are introduced to hiring studios and production houses. Most creative jobs come through referrals, and our 500+ alumni network is the strongest channel we have.
What kind of companies hire your graduates?
Studios, production houses, advertising and content agencies, OTT and media companies, event and wedding firms, and increasingly AI content teams. Many graduates also freelance or start their own studios.
Do you help freelancers and people who want their own studio?
Yes. A large share of graduates work independently. We help with portfolio, pricing, client acquisition and the business side, not just employment.
What salary can I expect after the diploma?
It varies by specialisation, city, skill and portfolio. Independent market ranges run from around ₹2 to 3.5 lakh at entry to well above ₹8 to 10 lakh for strong, experienced professionals. Pay tracks your work, which is what the year builds.
Does support end when I graduate?
No. Alumni stay part of the network and can access vacancies and referrals long after the course.
Do I need experience to be employable after this?
No. You start from the visual foundation and finish with a portfolio, a real film credit and industry contacts, which is what employers actually hire on.
How do I get exact fee and placement details?
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through everything personally.

Your career starts with one message.
